Interns Practice Environmental Leadership at the North Richmond Shoreline Festival
In preparation for the North Richmond Shoreline Festival at Point Pinole Regional Shoreline, Kennedy interns worked hard to come up with an engaging and educational climate change game that people of all ages could participate in and enjoy. The interns came up with an idea to create an interactive dart game focusing on the effects of climate change on the frequency and severity of natural disasters.
Interns were able to come up with an awesome game that could be understood and played by all visitors. They worked hard to come up with the concept, plan and prepare for the process of creating the activity, and follow through to make a beautiful, effective game.
Check in soon to hear Kennedy interns’ thoughts about the festival and to hear how the activity went!
