REGISTRATION DETAILS
All registration is first come, first served. Space is limited.
Registration Fee:

The $40 registration fee is required at the time of registration, and includes food, lodging, and all activities (including Ropes Course) for the weekend.
Full and partial scholarships are available by teacher or youth leader recommendation. Please contact us at (510)704-4030 or chicory@earthteam.net for more information.

Individual registration:

Students may register individually. Just download, fill out, and mail in the Student Registration Packet (see below) and $40 registration fee (unless requesting a scholarship).

Group registration:
For a teacher or youth leader registering a group from a school or youth organization:

Each student needs to completely fill out their own Student Registration Packet and turn it in along with their $40 registration fee (unless requesting a scholarship) to their teacher or youth leader.
Group registration is limited to 12 students per school group, to encourage a diverse population of participants. However, additional students from the same school group may register and we will put them on a waiting list, to allow them the opportunity to attend if there is a cancellation.
An adult Chaperone is required to attend with groups of 8 or more students registered. Chaperones must complete and turn in a Chaperone Registration Packet (see below) and the $40 registration fee (unless requesting a scholarship). Chaperones are expected to play an active leadership role during the weekend.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Let us know as soon as possible (preferably minimum of 2 weeks' notice) if you are registered and need to cancel. EarthTeam covers a large percentage of the weekend costs and the limited funding we receive is based upon attendance. Please allow us time to offer your space to other students.
The registration fee is refundable, less $10 for processing, for a cancellation before or on Friday, October 5. After that date, the registration fee will only be refunded, less $10 for processing, if another student or chaperone registers, filling the space left by cancellation.
