During the month of March, Earth Team interns from Berkeley and Richmond High schools took to the streets of Richmond and San Pablo to complete the cities’ quarterly on land visual trash assessments (OVTA).
Using ArcGIS surveying tools combined with OVTA protocols, photos, and in-depth training, the interns continue to support trash reduction goals and watershed protection in their communities.
