As our school year begins we would like to highlight each and every single intern who has dedicated their time to this internship program. Each intern new and repeating has their own story to tell and their relationship with the Earth! Please welcome the 2024-2025 San Lorenzo Earth Team cohort!
My name is Angela! I’m a freshman. As for my hobbies, I like practicing taekwondo, drawing, reading and challenging myself with new things. To spend time I enjoy working out or jogging outside while admiring the scenery around me. I joined the earth team to help the environment around me, to make sure peers and future generations get to appreciate what nature really looks like and how beautiful it can really be since, after all, it can be hard to admire something if it’s hidden. I want to bring out that beauty, by making more plants, cleaning litter that hides these precious creations and helping them shine. A goal I have this year is to do exactly that, to help the environment shine towards others and to encourage others to do the same and to help out the environment.

My teammates were so nice and the overall sport is fun to play. I would say you do have to train a lot to maintain your stamina but it’s still really fun to play with friends or even compete.
