Hi my name is Damaris. I’m a Junior at San Lorenzo High School. Some of my hobbies are playing volleyball, drawing, and in my free time I also enjoy baking. I joined the Earth Team because I want to help my community and I like meeting new people. A goal I have for this year is to learn how to take care of the environment.
My name is Destiny. I’m a senior, balancing 2 passions: basketball and leadership. For almost 2 years I’ve served as San Lorenzo high’s ASB Treasurer, where I’ve learned how to stay organized, accountable and dependable. On the court,I bring the same focus and teamwork, always pushing myself to improve.
This year I joined the Earth Team to do exactly that, push myself in a new direction, one that influences/challenges me to think about the world beyond my own bubble.Its more than an environmental program to me; it’s an opportunity to learn,connect, and step outside my comfort zone. Together, these experiences will fuel my hunger to grow as a leader and as a learner preparing me for the challenges that await me after graduation.

My name is Flordy, I’m a freshman at San Lorenzo High School. I play soccer for school and club. I joined Earth Team because I enjoy being outside, as a kid I watched a lot of shows about nature and that’s where I found my love for it. 1 goal I have for the year is to graduate all my classes with atleast a B-, which is fairly achievable. My name is Grace Ruth. I’m in 9th grade. I’m in 4 clubs. Freshman Committee, this club, College and Career club, and a youth organization. I joined the Earth Team to get out of my comfort zone and try something new. My goal this year is to get the 4.0 gpa medal.

I joined Earth team because I wanted to gain valuable work experience and Earth team seemed like a fun and cool opportunity. Hi!! My name is Juan 😀 I’m a junior at San Lorenzo High! In another life, I was a rock…this is the simplest way to get to know me (jejeje). I love laying down and reading a dusty book, drowning my plants, and flowers! You’ll usually find me with a flower in my hair, or posting about new bouquets I’ve made. This is actually my second year at Earth Team, so I joined again because the experience is truly unforgettable, and being able to make a positive impact in our ecosystem is exhilarating! My goal for this year is to survive APUSH (not likely…)
My name is Mila. I’m in 9th grade and go to San Lorenzo Highschool. I love to play volleyball and softball. I’m in the Freshman committee club and La raza club. I also love to hang with friends, go shopping, do makeup, etc. I joined the earth team because I got an opportunity to help out my community in a lot of ways and it seemed fun and a way to meet new people. One goal I have for myself this year is to keep up my good grades and make an impact on my community.
Hi, my name is Rossana and I’m a sophomore. I enjoy reading, eating, and being around people I love. I joined Earth Team this year because I loved it last year and I’m really interested in our topic this year. I had a lot of fun being part of Earth Team last year and helping out at every field event just gave me a chance to go out and make a difference. I hope this year is just as good as the last!
My name is Tabasum, and I am currently in my junior year of high school. I am involved in several clubs, including the Chess Club, College and Career Club, Junior Class Committee, and TUPE.
I joined the Earth Team because I want to improve my communication skills, make new friends, and gain positive experiences.

Hello everynyan!! I’m Tam An and I’m a Junior At San Lorenzo High School! I participate in many clubs like Key Ciub, D.R.U.I.D.S, Chess Club, and Critter Club! I’m really passionate about art and I love to read as well. I’d say, I’m pretty jolly. I joined Earth Team after hearing about it from the past members and thought it would be a fun opportunity to help better our environment! My greatest goal for this year is to get better at art and be a part of my community.
